Kennedy Space Center, Florida Less than an hour’s easy ride from the bright lights of Disney World, Kennedy Space Center occupies 219 square miles of land on Merritt Island, Florida. For decades a trip to Kennedy Space Center was on my “must do” list. The KSC has many facets. Discovery Cove, Orlando, Florida "This was pretty much a perfect day,” said Rob Braddick of South Ayrshire, Scotland, as he toweled off, face glistening with the last of the days sun. Aspen, Colorado The Rocky Mountains surrounding Aspen, Colorado are indeed stoically placed and, it would seem, very unmoving. But that is an illusion. They are very much alive. They draw one, as Mohammed was drawn, to their grandeur. But the destination is always at the end of the journey, and this journey was filled with fun and adventure. Comfort and luxury.
