To all the Girlfriends…

Welcome to Donne Tempo.

Donne Tempo will look at the world through the eyes of woman, like ourselves who have reached that forty plus milestone.

Woman who are recognizing that it is our time to experience new things, overcome fears, live that which we have dared to dream.

To find what it takes to learn to leap from an airplane, swim the ocean floor or find synergy at the ultimate Spa.

Donne Tempo is, at her heart, for girlfriends. It is about what we do, where we go, how we spend our time.

One of my passions is travel and “Girlfriend Travel” is a huge trend these days as friends find themselves living in different states, but still wanting to stay connected.

We are on the lookout for the best places to travel and spend those precious few days of time that we allow ourselves. And I think you might find yourself surprised at where you can go, for a long weekend right here in the good ole’ USA.

Though we will leave our borders from time to time.

Our destination features will be a series of informational segments that not only let you know where we have been that you might enjoy, but will also answer those questions that will provide you with the quality respite you want and need.

It won’t be all about travel though. There is also food and ways to present it.

One of our most exciting features is “Re-Wine” - reviews of recently released movie and television series in Blu-Ray and HD-DVD formats.

Invite your girlfriends for a showing on the big-screen TV and serve them appetizers and wines as suggested for that particular movie or show.

In our pages you will also be introduced to great chefs who will share recipes and preparation techniques for their favorite dishes.

Donne Tempo is a magazine dedicated to the environment. While a print publication was once a goal for Donne Tempo, the ability to create this publication without paper is one of technologies biggest benefits.

Donne Tempo is about many, many things. And those things will evolve, expand and, now and then, implode!

We hope that you will become a frequent visitor and contributor and that you will help us to grow with your articles, blogs, thoughts, comments and questions.
